Become a Professional Day Trader

If you are new to trading stocks, it would make sense to start with pretend trading. There are plenty of sites that allow you to trade virtually. This means that you are not using real money, yet you are choosing your stocks, buying and selling as if it were real. You will accrue pretend gains and pretend losses. Don't laugh! Many people started out this way and then went on to make money when they felt confident enough to become a real day trader investing their real money.

Although the name is day trader, some day traders hold on to stocks for as long as three weeks. They make these decisions based upon market indicators. In order to educate yourself about the market you will need to get your hands on some day trading tools.

Before you start trading you should set up a few rules for yourself. Limit your losses. You can put a dollar amount on what you will allow yourself to lose in one day, but you must stick to it. Many day traders make the mistake of holding onto stock too long and rather than sell when the stock initially started losing money, they hold onto it thinking the market will change and they can make back what they lost. Instead, they lose even more money than they would have had they sold when the stock hit their loss limit.

Don't invest every penny you own in day trading. That simply is not smart. Just as if you would like to hold a stock portfolio of diversified stocks, you also don't want to put all of your eggs into the day trading.

You do not have to trade every day to call yourself a day trader. Skip a day if you need to attend to other business or if you aren't up to the task. It is better to be able to focus your full attention to day trading than to participate half-heartedly.

Now that you have an idea of what it takes to be a day trader, do you still want to do it? If so, do an Internet search for virtual day trading to start your practice.

become Succeed an E Mini Day Trader

There are many reasons novice traders do not enjoy the kind of success ratio they expect. There are a multitude of reasons for this dismal success rate. In my opinion, most traders fail because they lacked a firm understanding of how the market functions. As I have stated in previous articles, trading is essentially learning to evaluate probability and choosing trades which have the highest potential probability for success. This is, of course, a nebulous and tricky question to answer. Just the same, there must be a concrete reason why some traders succeed and other traders fail miserably.

Need this to say, all traders must spend the prerequisite time either learning or developing a trading system that is reliable and consistent. To make matters worse, there is no shortage of hucksters promoting trading systems that are, at best, dubious in nature. Other systems simply do not work at all. So the first objective for any trader is to settle on a system that will allow them to succeed. There are a multitude trading chat boards, and most traders are not shy about the success and/or failure they have experienced trading a given system. To a certain degree, many of the comments on these chat boards need to be taken with a grain of salt. Some traders would have a difficult time successfully trading under any circumstance. It is my observation that most traders who fail are among the most vociferous posters on these chat boards.

By and large though, if a novice trader can find a reliable system he or she stands a better than average chance of succeeding. I say that with several caveats though, because there are several less than obvious, intangible behaviors that must be mastered. Emotions play a primal role in learning to trade, and lack of emotional control can be a death knell for any trader; novice or professional. Further, learning proper money management techniques is another hurdle all traders must master. Novice traders tend to over trade their accounts and often find themselves in trouble. Over trading a futures account is generally the direct result of greed and trying too hard to make money.

Contrary to popular opinion, futures trading is not a get rich quick business. While most traders make great money once they have learned the business, the learning curve can be very steep is proper money management techniques are not employed.

So the question stands, Can You Succeed As a E mini Day Trader? Yes, you can if you do everything right. But it's a treacherous landscape any trader has to negotiate, and there are no real shortcuts to success. In short, successful traders are individuals who have spent long hours learning how to trade, and even longer hours perfecting their trading technique. The perception that you may be able to waltz into a trading situation and make a boatload of money is simply a false one. Becoming a good trader is a function of the amount of time and effort you are willing to spend learning the craft.

Forex Technical Robot Trading

Most Forex traders tend to use and favor one of the two Market prediction methods when working out a market buy or sell position to take a profit.

While technical analysis concentrates on the study of past market action through examining charts from price previous exchange value movement, fundamental analysis focuses on the economic forces out in the world at large which should, or will cause prices to move higher, lower or stay the same. Both systems are used by traders to monitor the market daily in detail however, some of the worlds most experienced Forex traders have developed a Forex robot trading tool to make effortless and profitable trades through automated Forex positioning, enabling them to spend less time monitoring the market in detail while the Forex robot works 24 hours. Sophisticated software positioning and many trades taking lots of small profits on nearly every trade, adds up to an overall profit position over weeks or months that is astonishing.

Technical analysis involves the critical examination of how one currency has moved against another historically, usually by looking at the movement of trade value between one currency measured against another as shown in a graph or chart for a currency pair. This can be powerful in itself as the chart can reveal major market psychological resistance and support levels for a currency that can show where a currency may have difficulty breaking past a point, in exposure to the current fundamental pressures. For example, if a currency value on a chart attempts to break a price level several times, but continues to fall back and then try again, it can be said that it has a resistance to go beyond that price level and the number of attempts may indicate the level of resistance. (remember - market value changes are very much driven by speculation and price differences are influenced my many factors - some irrational such as the emotions, hopes and bias of people trading in the mark!
et.)

Disparity and lag between these irrational factors and the more rational fundamental changes in currency values create movement changes in value giving rise to a basis for trading and opportunity for profit) Traders look for "double or triple tops etc" or peaks on price levels (and similarly on bottoms for strong price support levels) to indicate a resistance and they know that if fundamental forces are finally strong enough to push past the price resistance barrier, then the price can spike up rapidly (or down), like a pressure being released. Traders will try and predict how far the spike may go or how far onward trading may take the price above (or below) an old resistance level.

Some Technical Indicators in Forex Trading

Most people do not know that there are more than 100 technical indicators that one can use to trade forex. Available charting software programs and packages provide all these indicators but fail to provide an answer to the most vital question: which one should you use.

Let us first understand what technical indicators are all about. These reflect the behavior of the markets at any given point of time. The key to profit from these indicators lies in understanding only a few out of the many that complement each other and to use them in a typical manner in conjunction with other trading tactics.

Most of the trading methods tell you the technical indicators they used earlier for distinguishing potential trades. However, the fundamental idea behind any trading method should be to provide a deep understanding of their application and how to select trades based on them. The mistake that amateurs tend to make is to complicate this process of selection, leading to utter confusion. The resultant losses lead to frustration and eventually to quitting.

Success in forex trading does not necessarily come from complex methods. In forex trade there no bigger truth than 'the simpler the better'.

1.Too many and wrong indicators should be avoided. They are counterproductive as the information they provide is contrary to logic and simply misleading.

2.Few simple indicators, used in a powerful way, provide the right information for initiating better trades.

3.You are likely to be more disciplined with the right indicators and patterns as they provide an objective set of rules.

The long and short of technical indicators is simplicity and using a smaller set of indicators to identify potential trades. The simpler the method is, the easier it is to select profitable trades.

3 Reasons To Opt For A Forex Trading System

The reason behind this is that either they might not have enough knowledge on trading or they might not able to analyze the market trends correctly. Previously, traders use to analyze the market trends with mathematical methods such as trend charts, pivot points, moving averages, Elliot wave methods, Japanese Candle Stick Charting, etc. All the above mentioned methods are all mathematical methods (also called mathematical algorithms) which are used to analyze the market trends.

Now, some special tools have been developed for the sake of analyzing the market trends. These tools have been developed on the basis of all the mathematical methods that are used to analyze the market trends. These tools have come up with different names such as automated forex system software, automated forex software system, forex trading system, forex trading software. In general, they are called as forex trading software or forex trading systems.

These forex trading software systems have been developed mainly for beginners. An experienced trader can utilize the forex system to a maximum level to make maximum profits. These systems offer many benefits to the traders. Taking advantage of the benefits that a forex software offers, even a beginner can make huge profits with ease.

Here are the three major benefits that forex software offers to the traders:

1. Saves lot of time:

* Technical analysis: As I have mentioned earlier, the traders used to analyze the market trends with various mathematical methods. Since the forex system software has been developed using various mathematical algorithms, it can analyze the market for you at its finger tips and provide you with buy and sell signals. Partially automated forex software systems just provide you with the buy and sell signals and you need to put the buy and sell orders to your broker. Where as the fully automated forex software system not only analyzes the market trends to get the buy and sell signals but it also place the buy and sell orders to your broker automatically. So the major advantage with forex system is that they provide you with buy and sell signals within minutes and saves a lot of time for you.

2. Saves lot of investment

* Provides enough training material: If you buy a forex system software, the software provider will provide you with the basic material for your training. Generally, the training material that they provide, costs you around $150. They provide you the training material in the form of some ebooks and some informative videos. So you do not need to invest any more for your training. This will make you save at least $150.

3. Provides flexibility in trading:

* Automated forex software will work with any type of broker platform and with any type of currency: As the forex software system can work on any type of broker platform and with any type of currency. This provides you the flexibility to trade with the forex software round the clock 24/7 with any currency. You can trade with one currency in the morning and with other currencies in the night time.

The above three reasons are really strong enough to say that a trader needs to go for forex software system to make huge profits in the trading. I highly recommend and say that going for a forex software system will be a wise decision.

Quantum Swing Trader from Profits Run

Last year I had the experience of reviewing Bill Poulos' Instant Profits trading system and, later, his Super Divergence Blue Print. Concepts that I learned in both of those courses found their way into my options trading and have been responsible for literally adding thousands of dollars to my bottom line.

Introducing Quantum Swing Trader by Bill Poulos

Last month I received my copy of Bill Poulos' latest stock and option trading course. It came with a complete trading manual, seven CD Roms with screen capture videos that provide detailed explanation and example, and several other products designed to give the total novice the foundation that is required to start trading. This is the Profits Run Quantum Swing Trader course.

If you are not an experienced trader, or even if you are brand new to the markets, Bill Poulos has thought of you. He included a copy of Mark McRae's Trading for Beginners, that serves as a good primer for new traders. Trading Mind Software and introductory options training materials are also included, to help you get off to a good start.

Quantum Swing Trader Finds Predictable Stock Price Moves

Having had about a month to pour over Bill Poulos' Quantum Swing Trader, I wanted to fill you in because I have already found several concepts that will definitely be used in my trading. The heart of Quantum Swing Trader is a technique of identifying price points in the market where there will be a predictable movement in the share price of a stock. That move may be to the upside or downside, but the fact that it will move can be consistently predicted.

Bill Poulos has designed Quantum Swing Trader to take advantage of expected moves at price points where a meaningful move can consistently be predicted. Quantum Swing Trader is also sufficiently flexible to reverse course, from bullish to bearish and vice versa, should the market reverse in direction.

Simplicity In Design Of The Quantum Swing Trader System

Bill Poulos reveals one of the truths that many traders learn only after gaining years of experience. The best trading systems tend to be simple.

Quantum Swing Trader fits that description. You will learn how to use two common charting tools, found in most any charting software package, to identify those price points at which a significant market move is likely. Once you know that the move is coming, you simply need to apply the trading rules and money management discipline outline for you in the manual and video presentations. Quantum Swing Trader documents a complete trading system.

Quantum Swing Trader and Stock Options Trading

The primary thrust of the system involves the purchase and sale of stock, there are also examples of substituting call or put options for added leverage. In general, you will be buying an in-the-money call or put option using Bill Poulos' recommendations for entry and exit. Option pricing models are not covered in the course, as it moves beyond the scope of what is intended to be offered by Quantum Swing Trader, but you receive sufficient information to adapt the system for use with options should you choose to do so.
